Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Agylor does not provide refunds for purchases, including subscription payments, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a genuine billing error occurred.
Subscription Payments
When you purchase a subscription, you are billed for the applicable subscription period under the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout.
If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will apply to the next renewal period unless otherwise stated. You will keep access to the subscription features through the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided for any unused portion of that period.
Trials and Promotional Access
If Agylor offers a trial, early-access window, or promotional onboarding period, that offer does not create a general refund right for later paid subscription charges.
It is your responsibility to review the pricing and billing terms presented at the point of purchase before converting to a paid plan.
Billing Errors
In the event of a technical billing error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, please contact support promptly.
We may review genuine billing issues on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, correct them through a charge reversal, account credit, or other appropriate remedy. This is not a general refund policy.
Service Availability
While we aim to maintain reliable service, temporary outages, interruptions, degraded performance, or maintenance windows do not by themselves qualify for a refund. The service is provided subject to the disclaimers and limitations described in our Terms of Service.
